Ford  Restoration Project - Phase 2

The first step is removal of the Barton-American front-mount pump.

Then the pump-mounting platform comes off, as does the fenders, doors, hood, headlights and other miscellaneous pieces.

At this point all the fire-pump accessories (Primer, Aux engine cooler , Pump heater , etc  are also removed.

The exhaust manifold was found to be in much worse condition than anticipated, and will have to be replaced.

Once all the front end sheetmetal is removed, a good steam-cleaning for the engine, body, and chassis is in order.
